Food literacy

Our show today is about food literacy. With us in studio Eric Schofield an educator committed to making Food Literacy an integral part of students education. Moreover,  he uses Food as a method to engage all students in the classroom. Also with us Natasha Bernoe a Grade 12 student at Take A Hike. Next we will discuss with Jacinda Oldale a Food Doula and with Helen Yeung who tells us more about mindful eating.
