400 g all-purpose flour
200 g butter (cold diced)
400 g whipping cream
salt & pepper
For the dough:
Mix 400 g of flour with 8 g of salt (1.5tsp) and 200 g of cold diced butter in a kitchenaid using a paddle or in a food processor.
Once the butter is completely mixed in, add about 80 g of water, let it cool down in the fridge while you prepare the mix for the quiche.
For the filling mix:
For the mix, whip together 4 eggs and 400 g of whipping cream (can be half milk/half cream), salt and pepper.
Roll your dough and put it in a pie/tart pan, add whatever you want (bacon, salmon, spinach, cheese, veggies, … time when you can get really creative!!!)
Pour the mix on top of that and bake it for about 45 min (or until golden brown) at 350 F.
Let cool for about 20 minutes and Enjoy!
